Stayed in a place that claims to have a washing machine, but it actually worked! I was amazed that I didn't have to wash my underwear in the sink like a peasant.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely seagull alarm clock every morning. How delightful to be woken up by screeching birds at the crack of dawn.

As a disabled guest, I appreciate having all the necessary facilities to prepare my own meals comfortably. The living room is cozy and has a nice seating area where I can relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Brighton. The dining area allows me to enjoy meals with my family or friends staying with me. With 3 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone. I find it convenient to have separate bedrooms, especially when traveling with a group. One thing that I found particularly enjoyable is the DVD player in the apartment. It's great to be able to watch movies and relax in the evenings.

Personally, I would have preferred if the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. However, I understand that others may still find it perfectly adequate.

The location here is absolutely perfect, just steps from the beach and shopping center, and the room is reasonably spacious, and it's great to have a bath; also, it's reassuring that the place is protected with smoke detectors.
